TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Interpretation

“Services” refers exclusively to lawful companionship, social attendance, and personal engagement.
“Client” refers to any individual engaging or attempting to engage services.
“Provider” refers to WELLINGTON PRESTIGE.

2. Scope of Services

All services are strictly limited to lawful companionship and social interaction.
No other services are offered, implied, or permitted.

Any misinterpretation by the client does not alter the defined scope.

3. Legal Compliance

All services are provided in full compliance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any request, suggestion, or implication of unlawful activity will result in:

  • Immediate termination of the booking

  • Permanent refusal of future services

  • Potential reporting to relevant authorities

4. Eligibility and Verification

  • Clients must be a minimum of 18 years of age

  • Valid identification may be requested at any stage

  • The Provider reserves the right to refuse service where verification is not satisfied

5. Booking Formation

A booking is only confirmed when:

  • Availability has been formally acknowledged

  • Terms have been accepted

  • Agreement has been communicated clearly

The Provider reserves absolute discretion to decline bookings without justification.

6. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain a respectful and lawful environment

  • Adhere strictly to agreed timeframes

  • Respect personal and professional boundaries

7. Conduct and Termination

Immediate termination may occur where:

  • Behaviour is inappropriate, aggressive, or unlawful

  • Misrepresentation has occurred

  • Boundaries are not respected

In such cases, full payment remains payable and no compensation will be offered.

8. Time and Extensions

  • Time commences at the agreed meeting point

  • Delays caused by the client do not alter booking duration

  • Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges

9. Cancellations

  • Reasonable notice is required

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings

  • Charges may be applied where time has been reserved and lost

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WELLINGTON PRESTIGE shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Personal decisions made by the client

  • Third-party interactions or environments

11. Indemnity

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless WELLINGTON PRESTIGE against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Breach of these terms

  • Misuse of services

  • Unlawful conduct

12. Data and Confidentiality

All interactions are treated as strictly confidential.
Information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

All branding, website content, and materials remain the property of WELLINGTON PRESTIGE and may not be reproduced without consent.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
